Affairs Committee Looking Into Disabled Veterans Compensation: (KFOX-TV, EL PASO)

Are veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan with service-related disabilities getting the compensation they deserve? Tuesday in Washington, a Veteran's Affairs committee charged with looking into the issue said no. They're making a list of recommendations for the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. It includes more help for family caregivers, and taking quality of life, not just financial loss, into consideration for compensation. click here to view
