No research has been done on homeless vets. No one knows how many there are among the estimated 800,000 veterans in Canada. Ottawa doesn't seem to care, but it's Strogan's project of the moment, which he's dubbed "Leave Nobody Behind." As he puts it: "We don't leave our wounded on the battlefield, so injured or homeless veterans should not be left to care for themselves."
