Help for homeless veterans may be coming to Chicopee. Some 70 people learned about the veterans group "Soldier ON" Wednesday night at the Chicopee Public library. " Soldier ON " is a treatment center and shelter that gives homeless vets a place to stay and get healthy. click here to view
