Capt. Paul S. Hammer, outgoing director of the Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control, left San Diego on Monday to head east, where he will take charge of the Pentagon campaign against post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injuries and other so-called invisible wounds of war. click here to view
