Rico Roman saw himself as a certain kind of athlete -- a basketball and football player, a high school wrestler. But since the 29-year-old North Portland native was named the first war-wounded veteran to land a spot on the U.S. Paralympics Sled Hockey team last month, he has learned that a man can do many things he never imagined if he's willing to try something new. click here to view
