VA increases mental health capacity in Pacific: (SAIPAN TRIBUNE)

Dr. James E. Hastings, director of the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, said on Friday that in the past four years, the system has increased its mental health capacity in the region to address the growing needs of veterans in the Pacific. These include building veterans centers in American Samoa, Guam, and Saipan. click here to view
