Rural health care for military veterans is improving, but more needs to be done, Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., told Disabled American Veterans gathered in Billings Friday....Montana has roughly 100,000 veterans. For those living in far Eastern Montana, an all-day or overnight trip is sometimes required for treatment that may take less than a few hours.
