During a conflict, soldiers face many risks from gunfire, bombs, chemicals, and other battlefield dangers. However, once safely back at home, some veterans face a new risk -- homelessness. The Department of Veterans Affairs estimates that approximately 107,000 veterans are homeless on any given night and more than 200,000 veterans are homeless at some time during the year. click here to view
