Shinseki Vows to Reduce VA's Claims Backlog: (DOD NEWS)

Prioritizing the work ahead shortly after his first anniversary on the job, Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric K. Shinseki said his focus for the year ahead is on reducing the disability claims backlog.
