One bright and hopeful sign amid all of this is the welcome New Jersey plans for returning National Guard troops. The state department of Military and Veteran Affairs is partnering with members of the UMDNJ-University Behavioral HealthCare team to provide one-on-one counseling services to members of the returning 50th Combat Infantry Brigade as part of the "Welcome Home" reintegration program. click here to view
