LA County, military launch mental-health program for vets: (CONTRA COSTA TIMES)

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health says it has joined with the Department of Military and Veteran Affairs to launch a pilot program to help military veterans get the mental health services they need. The pilot will work with 3,000 veterans, their families and community organizations to identify services tailored to each one's specific needs, based in part on their cultural and ethnic identity, age and gender. click here to view
