Minneapolis one of four polytrauma rehab centers: (RAPID CITY JOURNAL, SD)

When there's a spate of casualties in Afghanistan or Iraq, the staff at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis can expect things to get busy up on 4-J. Four-J is the fourth-floor wing that houses some of the most severely wounded military personnel from Afghanistan and Iraq who come from the Upper Midwest. The Minneapolis VA hosts a Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, one of only four in the country. The others are in Tampa, Fla., Richmond, Va., and Palo Alto, Calif. click here to view
