Kerrigan, a 29-year-old Muncie native, has been a jail officer for three years and is four years removed from his time in Baghdad. But Iraq still hangs over him in the form of post-traumatic stress disorder. "I didn't start noticing things I had to address until two years later," Kerrigan says.
