My dad served in the Vietnam War. He suffered a traumatic brain injury in April 8, 2012. He fell down, going downstairs in his house. He is still not able to walk on his own. He is going thru stages of confusion and agitation. I know personally that my mother and brother are dealing with his emotional stages. He has difficulty understanding his situation. My dad is 63 years old. He worked for civil service at Fort Bliss, TX. I know that the state is helping my family to pay for my dad's rehab and not the VA. Is there any programs that can help with the recovery of my dad's TBI.
