My brother is in the National Guard, and was deployed to Iraq in November 2007. He came back a year later and unfortunatley was using oxycontin, which lead to heroin. When we found out that he was using the oxycontin after, we were confused how he was passing his guard drug tests each weekend...only to find out his sergeant was taking his urine tests for him. He was sober (so we thought) for a year as of July 1 2010...he went to drill in Ft. Riley,KS only to come back and my mom found a needle and a spoon in his fatigues. When confronted, my brother denied and then said sorry it would never happen again. Now, we have reason to believe he is using again. i have emailed the Kansas National Guard multiple times with no response. I need genuine help and advice!!!!!
